You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the State of KS or NY. There will be no charge for sales tax otherwise. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits usually take 10-14 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Credits roll over into Account Credits or Gift Certificates unless customer specifies otherwise. There will be a 15% processing fee on all cancelled orders. Also, if you are returning your order because you do not want what you ordered, and there was no mistake on our part (products delivered as advertised) your credit will appear minus original shipping charges. As we are sorry for the inconvienence, it is necessary as it costs money to process the order and pay our shipping companies. All of our products marked in-stock have an order fulfillment rate of 99%.
