Return Policy
- In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our customer service department.
- We have a 30 day Return Policy which should be adequate time.
- Package (Box) must be cleanly opened and cleanly sealed back up.
* Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if: Merchandise is returned without an RMA number Merchandise is returned after 30 days Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition
(-Items inside should not be opened - Look at and make sure of correct sizes and products !) * It is extremely important for items to not be opened, sprayed, or used in anyway. The cologne and womens fragrance industry is very regulated- Thank you.
*All customers returning damaged or leaking products will recieve a pre-paid electronic shipping label via e-mail to ship products back.
* If the reason for the return is a defective product, package, or there are contents missing, we will honor all shipping charges and re-ship the item(s) to you. If you are returning the product because you do not want what you ordered, a credit minus shipping charges will apply when we issue your credit. Typically $5-10 USD. You must ship the product back to us. Call to obtain an RMA# before you ship.
- When we get notification of your wanting to return, we will then provide you with an RMA# (return authorization)
- You must then ship your product back to us.
- When we recieve your package, you can expect your credit minus original shipping charges to appear within 14 business days after receiving your package.
**We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
- RMA number (via e-mail from us))
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number (via e-mail from us)
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
*We will then provide you with your Packaging Slip via E-Mail
*Any package that has not been received by YourNewFragrance.Com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
* There are absolutely no returns on skin care items for just reasons( including gift-set packages w/ skincare involved, lotions, soaps, creams, shampoo, etc...).
