Return Policy
- In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our customer service department.
- If the error was our fault or defective package, we will provide you with a shipping label and reship your package at no additional charge. * If you just do not want what you ordered, you will be responsible to pay to ship the package back to us. Once we recieve your order returned, we will credit your refund minus original shipping charges. If you originally qualified for free shipping, you will still be charged shipping charges.
- We have a 30 day Return Policy which should be adequate time.
- Package (Box) must be cleanly opened and cleanly sealed back up.
* Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if: Merchandise is returned without an RMA number Merchandise is returned after 30 days Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition
(-Items inside should not be opened - Look at and make sure of correct sizes and products !) * It is extremely important for items to not be opened, sprayed, or used in anyway. The cologne and womens fragrance industry is very regulated- Thank you.
*All customers returning products will recieve a pre-paid electronic shipping label via e-mail to ship products back.
* If the reason for the return is a defective product, package, or there are contents missing, we will honor all shipping charges and you will recieve full credits or No Cost Re-shipping of your order. If you are returning the product because you do not want what you ordered, you are required to pay to have the package shipped back to our warehouse located on the package you recieved. Once we recieve your order returned, a credit minus shipping charges will apply when we issue your credit, as the shipping carrier still has to be paid.
- When we get notification of your return, we will then provide you with an RMA# (return authorization) You can expect your credit minus shipping charges to appear within 14 business days after receiving your package.

- RMA number (via e-mail from us))
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number (via e-mail from us)

* There are absolutely no returns on skin care items for just reasons( including gift-set packages w/ skincare involved, lotions, soaps, creams, shampoo, etc...).
